Dan Garrido is a Level 3 personal trainer, ViPR accredited trainer and an Olympic Weightlifting Instructor, and has also experience in kettlebell training and TRX suspension training.
Dan is a keen Thai boxer and a member of Pisces Thai Boxing gym, as well as being a member of Jersey Spartans Athletic Club, and has participated at a competitive level in long distance running from 5K to half marathon. Dan is an accredited UK Athletics assistant coach, and an indoor group cycling instructor and takes regular spin classes at various local gyms. Dan is a vegan, and happily promotes a vegan lifestyle and a plant based diet, and is keen to disprove the myth that vegans are weedy!
