Your Crossfit Training Program
This is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program, aimed to help those optimise their strength, gymnastics and conditioning for CrossFit. This program is tailored too all levels. We cater for those who want to simply improve in the sport, compete in fun competitions from Spartan Races to a CrossFit competition at your local box, and those who wish to develop further and compete at a local CrossFit Throwdown. We also offer Crossfit training programs aimed at your higher end fitness athlete, where it is tailored and periodised around a CrossFit season. Not just to get a good CrossFit Open score BUT to give you the best chance of getting to Regionals.
Here is an example of a single day of training, one of many workouts that are generated for an given individual over the course of a year. Workouts for all sports follow a similar structure, yet vary in exercises performed, intensity and reps. The workouts can be viewed via the mobile app.
