These Lifestyle training programs are NOT for the competition based athlete or adventure racing guru. This program is smartly laid out and periodised to optimise health and longevity. We will build strength, power and agility whilst increasing our fitness, muscle mass and reducing our body fat. This program is a must for those who want a structured S & C program to follow for balanced fitness.

Sample Workout

Here is an example of a single day of training, one of many workouts that are generated for an given individual over the course of a year. Workouts for all sports follow a similar structure, yet vary in exercises performed, intensity and reps. The workouts can be viewed via the mobile app.
