Your Powerlifting Training Program
We create and maintain powerlifting training programs for both beginning strength athletes and experienced powerlifters, with continual progress while remaining injury-free. The goal is to provide the right amount of training stimulus customised to each individual athlete. Our powerlifting programming is determined by an athlete’s present and future goals, and managed over the short, medium, and long term.
Here is an example of a single days powerlifting training. One of many workouts that are generated for any given individual over the course of a year. Workouts for all sports follow a similar structure, yet vary in exercises performed, intensity and reps. The workouts can be viewed via the mobile app.
