Your Swimming Training Program

Swimming training programs enable swimmers to improve their musculature out of the water, while maintaining a regular swim schedule. The basis of training aims to enhance stroke performance, as well as particular focus on the start and turn, where coach can attempt to maximize ground reaction forces. The potential for injuries in both the lower and upper body will also be addressed, with specific attention on the knee and shoulder joints.

Sample Workout

Here is an example of a single day of training, one of many workouts that are generated for an given individual over the course of a year. Workouts for all sports follow a similar structure, yet vary in exercises performed, intensity and reps. The workouts can be viewed via the mobile app.
